Organic coconut oil, lavender, chamomile, calendula, rosemary, comfrey & plantain leaf.  Also contains shea butter, cocoa butter, organic beeswax and grapefruit seed extract as a preservative.

This portable & easy to use butter goes on smoothly. For daily use: rub all over nipple & areola after each nursing. If using to heal severe cracking (with bleeding or if yeasty)  I recommend using your clean fingers to apply to not contaminate the stick, rubbing them over the butter and then onto affected area. SAFE FOR cloth nursing pads! Being made with coconut oil, shea & cocoa butters do not leave in car or direct heat as stick may melt or soften. It also may become a bit more firm in cold weather.
